Organoleptic Characteristics


Ton Armon (Delle Rocce) oil has a definite smell of green olives, together with green vegetable and green apple notes.


It is greeny gold in color and the taste is delicate and sweet, with dry fruit and artichoke tones. The ratio of bitterness to pepperiness is balanced. This is particularly versatile oil, good used in cooking or to season salads and fish dishes.
